Steps for selling your home: - Once there is an accepted offer on the house, either the homeowner or the real estate agent will need to order a home
resale certificate (5407 document). There is a $175 fee for this document and the HOA Bylaws. The 5407 document
discloses any money due to the association, unpaid fines levied, uncorrected violations to date.
- All
document requests are handled as soon as we get the check. Please allow two weeks to process the request upon receipt
of the check. In order to speed up the process, you can contact the HOA by leaving a message on our voicemail or e-mail.
- To assist the buyers of your property listing, we ask that you send a copy of the plot
plan with the resale cert request. We will include a copy of the plot plan with the HOA Documents.
- If you have any questions, please submit the question in writing via U.S. Mail or e-mail.
- Checks shall be made payable to Brook Crossing Homeowners
Association and mailed to. Please note this is a P.O. Box and will not accept mail carriers other than U.S. Mail.
