The Homeowners' Association is a not-for-profit organization
incorporated unders the laws of Pennsylvania and is subject to those laws. Its purpose is to promote the best interests
of the members of the Association.
Our
community has a vierty of friendly residents; both young people who have made their first home purchase and retirees who have
downsized and everyone in between. We have several committees for the benefit of all which also allow the members to
get active in the organization. Social activities with neighbors have included block parties, sports games and holiday
open houses. Some new activities are planned in the near furture. Whatch this website for special announcements.
Brook Crossing Homeowners' Association is governed by a Board of Directors
comprised of three homeowners.
