Welcome to Brook Crossing Homeowners' Association
Tucked amongst the rolling hills of East Fallowfield Township, Brook
Crossing is a community of 166 homes. With it's first home settled in August, 2003; Brook Crossing came to be known as one
of the fastest "sold out" communities around with its last home settling in December, 2004. Backing up to walking
trails, woodlands and East Fallowfield Park, Brook Crossing is like living at your vacation home year-round!
Brook Crossing is laid out as a "cul-de-sac community" offering
a true close-knit feel throughout. Everyone refers to each other as "neighbor" no matter where you live in
the development. As you drive through Brook Crossing, you'll see the abundance of people walking the streets and trails
together and waving to just about everyone who drives by.
The
Homeowners' Association is a not-for-profit organization incorporated under the laws of the state of Pennsylvania and is subject
to those laws. Its purpose is to promote the best interests of the members of the association.
Our community has a variety of friendly residents; both young people who have made their first
home purchase and retirees who have downsized and everyone in between. We have several committees for the benefit of
all which also allow the members to get active in the organization. Social activities with neighbors have included block parties,
sports games and holiday open houses to mention a few. Some new activities are planned in the near future. Watch this web
site for special announcements.
The Brook Crossing Homeowners
Association is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of three homeowners.
